Join us on Saturday, May 18th, for a Day of Fitness Fun, that includes Dancing, Strength Training, and Stretching!
We will kick off our Fitness Crawl with Registration Check in at Club Pilates Willoughby South Studio.
From there you will walk down the way for a 30- Minute Dance Lesson, hosted by Fred Astaire Dance Studios of Willoughby.
Once we take our "Dancing Shoes" off, you will make your way to Pinnacle Life Practice, for a 30- Minute Express Yoga Shred Session, Hosted by Jennifer Brumbaugh.
Our last stop on the Fitness Crawl is our Final Destination, The Yard on 3rd. Here, you will participate in a 30-Minute Core Workout and Stretch Session.
We are encouraging all participants of the Fitness Crawl to Socialize afterward and enjoy a Beverage from The Yard on 3rd or some fuel from the Food Trucks, and a delicious treat from The Shed- Cookies and Booze.

You will need to Bring a Fitness Mat and a change of shoes to wear inside Fred Astaire Dance Studios.
