Fab and Flexible: Resistance Bands for Beginners

Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly workout designed to help you move better, stretch deeper, and feel stronger using resistance bands. We’ll focus on improving flexibility, mobility, and confidence through safe, supportive movement. Every participant gets to keep their resistance band and a copy of the full workout to continue practicing at home!
