I’m so incredibly honored and grateful for each one of you who have already joined our community inside The Daily Flex app, and I’m ready to celebrate this one-year journey with as many of you as possible!

? Special Guest Accupuncturist: I'm so thrilled to have join us as a special guest for this event. She's your go-to Accupuncturist located in Old Towne Alexandria, and trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She helps you live free from your nagging health issues with TCM. All attendees will receive accupuncture on-site at this event (optional!). (Accupuncture needles will be placed in your head, hands, and feet.)
