Start your Tuesday strong with a full-body fitness class designed to energize your morning, boost your mood, and build community in the heart of Lower Manhattan.
Led by Jacqui Cousin, a longtime runner and passionate fitness instructor, this dynamic outdoor class blends strength training, cardio, and core work using bands, battle ropes, and bodyweight exercises. Every movement can be modified, making it perfect for beginners, returning exercisers, and parents looking to reset after school drop-off.
Each 60-minute session includes:
๐ช A guided warm-up to get your body moving
๐๏ธโโ๏ธ A mix of strength and resistance exercises (presses, squats, lunges & more)
โค๏ธ A light cardio finisher to build endurance
๐งโโ๏ธ Calming stretches to close with balance and breath
