We believe in fighting against the isolation that social media and phones have caused our generation by gathering together, moving our bodies, and making space in our minds and hearts to worship Jesus. PARTICIPANT LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE FORM
By purchasing a ticket, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a requirement for participating in any event, activity, or gathering (“Event”) organized by Shindig Social LLC (“Shindig”).

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that taking part in a Shindig Event is voluntary and may involve certain risks. These can include, but are not limited to, physical activity, travel to and from the Event, food and beverage consumption, interaction with other attendees, and exposure to weather or unexpected circumstances. I accept all such risks and agree that I am responsible for any injury, illness, property damage, or other loss that may occur.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and hold harmless Shindig, its owners, officers, affiliates, sponsors, event partners, and team members from any and all claims or liabilities arising from my participation in an Event, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
TRANSPORTATION DISCLAIMER
I acknowledge that Shindig is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or delays related to transportation before, during, or after an Event. This includes but is not limited to driving personal vehicles, rideshare services, carpooling, or use of public transit. I am solely responsible for any related costs, such as parking or towing fees.
MEDICAL TREATMENT
If I am injured, become ill, or otherwise require medical attention during an Event, I consent to receiving treatment. I understand Shindig does not provide medical insurance or coverage, and I will be fully responsible for any expenses incurred.
HEALTH STATEMENT
I confirm that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in Shindig Events. If I have concerns about my ability, I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician beforehand.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
I acknowledge that Shindig is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during an Event. I assume full responsibility for my items at all times.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Shindig permission to use any photographs, videos, or recordings of me taken during Events for promotional or business purposes, without compensation or additional approval.
CODE OF CONDUCT
I agree to act respectfully and responsibly while attending Shindig Events. I understand that disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in my removal from the Event without refund and could affect my ability to attend future Events.
INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shindig from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from my actions at an Event, including damages to persons or property.
FORCE MAJEURE
I understand that Shindig is not responsible for Event cancellations, changes, or delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All ticket sales are final. Shindig does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to scheduling conflicts, weather, or personal circumstances.
EVENT COMMUNICATION
By signing this waiver, I consent to receive Event-related communications from Shindig Social LLC, including updates and future announcements, via email or text message.
PURCHASING TICKETS FOR OTHERS
If I purchase tickets for others, I confirm that I have their consent to agree to this waiver on their behalf and that I am responsible for making them aware of these terms.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Arizona.
SEVERABILITY
If any portion of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
