About this Event
The Book Easy is excited to introduce Fitness & Feminism, dedicated to us taking care of our physical health and celebrating essential feminist writing. Reading the book is NOT required to attend the meeting, but it is highly encouraged that you add it to your To Be Read pile.
We will meet at the Peristyle in City Park. Although we may move to the grass nearby, we want to have a central place to meet that is easy for everyone to get to.
We will begin our special class curated by Life According to Fallon at 1pm. Fallon has an inclusive approach to fitness and genuinely celebrates the joy of moving your body. The class will be a bodyweight workout.
Bring a mat & your water. Dress comfy!
Plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in.
You will be required to sign a waiver to participate in this class.
Following our class, we will grab some coffee at Cafe Du Monde and hang out in the park.
