Build strength, tone your body, and improve overall conditioning with Fitness 2.0, a dynamic adult group fitness program led by Instructor Dee at the Anthem Community Center.Fitness 2.0 offers a variety of class formats throughout the week, designed to challenge different muscle groups while keeping workouts fresh and effective.
Class Schedule:
Abs & Buns – Tuesdays | 10:30 – 11:30 AM
Targeted core and lower-body strength training
Step & Strength – Wednesdays | 10:00 – 11:00 AM
Cardio intervals combined with strength-based movements
Barre 2.0 – Thursdays | 10:30 – 11:30 AM
Low-impact sculpting focused on balance and flexibility
Drop-In Rate: $7
