In this workshop, we go back to the fundamentals — not the exercises themselves, but the joints that make every exercise possible.
You’ll learn how to unlock and control the 5 key joints that determine how well you move:
Shoulder blades: The anchor for every push and pull.
Hips: The engine of strength and mobility.
Pelvic tilt: The switch that decides whether your lower back gets stronger… or breaks down.
Instead of blindly copying form cues, you’ll discover how to feel and test your mechanics in real time — so you’ll always know if you’re moving correctly.
The highlight? Pelvic control.
Most back pain, injuries, and poor lifts trace back to one area: your lower spine at L4–L5. Here, you’ll learn how to protect it with a position that both strengthens and stretches — while directly improving squats, deadlifts, and core work.
