FitLot Multi-Week SERIES @ Aquidneck Park, Newport (Tuesdays, 7:15am)

These no-cost one-hour outdoor circuit training classes held once per week for a multi-week series provide a full-body and fun workout that all ages and abilities can benefit from.

This series is perfect for people starting a new fitness routine. Additionally, it provides a great opportunity for participants to develop a routine practice of physical activity under the guidance of a fitness professional and alongside a committed group of community members who are also working to achieve a more active lifestyle.

Participants are encouraged to attend 75% of the classes in this series, which are held once per week for the multi-week series.

This series is designed for all ages and abilities to comfortably participate, but please make sure you are cleared for physical activity by your physician before beginning a new exercise routine.

When you arrive at the park please make sure to check in with the FitLot Neighborhood Coach so they can properly check you in.

~HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS~

What to Wear: comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move and exercise in; take into consideration the weather

What to Bring: water, towel, hand-sanitizer

Where to Park: available parking spaces at Edward King House or King Street - these parking spots are made available by the Edward King House and must be vacated when class ends.

**Please only sign up for one class offering per session to allow as many different people to register for these limited program opportunities.
