About this Event
This is a FUNDRAISING event to help support the anti-violence community programs that the S.A.F.E. Foundation will be offering. The purpose of this event is to provide a safe and healthy place for the youth and families in the Philadelphia area to come to and learn more about wellness and fitness. This event will be a part of the S.A.F.E. Foundations community violence prevention initiative that provides safe and healthy outlets for the community.
- 9am - 10am Yoga
- 10am - 11am Struggle Fitness Workout
- 11am - 12pm Strength and Agility Training
- 12pm - 1pm Abs and Core Workout
- 12pm - 1pm "Upbeet and Kale n' it" - Workshop
- 12pm - 1pm "Mind, Body, Soul" - Workshop
- 1pm - 2pm Music entertainment
- 1pm - 2pm Aerobics
- 1pm - 2:30pm Basketball Skills and drills
- 2:30pm - 3pm Wrap-up
