After class, we’re wrapping up the month with a relaxing Coffee Chat — mama-style! We'll meet at Lake Park, then walk over to Starbucks together to grab our drinks and head back to the park for connection, play, and conversation.

Whether you're sipping on a latte or chatting on the blanket while the kids play, this is one of our favorite ways to slow down, build community, and enjoy our village.
✨ Coffee Chats are always free and open to all moms. Never taken a class with us? Your first FIT4MOM class is free!
