Get ready for a morning of movement and adventure — kiddie style! After class, we’re setting up a mini obstacle course just for the little ones! From jumping and crawling to weaving and balancing, your kiddos will love running through this playful challenge.

This playgroup is always a kid-favorite and a great way for them to burn some energy and have fun with friends. Playgroups are FREE, and if you haven’t tried a FIT4MOM class yet, your first class is free too!
