Led by Rrrob, this session will equip you with the physical tools to make your rope scenes more sustainable, enjoyable, and dynamic.

🏋️ Strength & Endurance: Build core stability and muscular endurance to support longer and more intense rope scenes.
🤸 Flexibility & Mobility: Increase your range of motion for smoother transitions and improved body positioning in ties.
⚖️ Balance & Stability: Strengthen stabilizing muscles to maintain control and comfort during partial and full suspensions.
🛠️ Body Awareness & Breathwork: Learn how to manage discomfort, enhance body control, and use breath to maintain relaxation and stamina in rope.
👫 Practical Drills: Engage in guided exercises designed to build functional strength and mobility for rope play.

Discussion & Hands-On Exercises: A mix of theoretical discussion and guided physical training.
Solo & Partner Work: Exercises can be done alone or with a partner to explore body mechanics together.
Dress Code: Wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing (casual, gym, or kink-appropriate attire).
