Join us on Sunday, November 16th for a special Run Club Event hosted by Fit n Well x Run w/ Rae, in collaboration with MVMT Physiotherapy! 🏃‍♀️✨

MVMT will lead a dynamic warm-up before the run, setting you up for success with proper movement prep.
We’ll kick things off with an energizing group run followed by a mini workshop where the experts from MVMT will share essential tips and tricks for proper warm-ups, post-run stretches, and injury prevention to help you stay strong and pain-free all season long.
