✨ FIT ME – FOUNDATIONS is about confidence, consistency, and building a strong base — not smashing yourself into the ground.
💜 What’s expected from you:
✔ Minimum 3 classes per week
✔ A willingness to learn the basics (at YOUR pace)
✔ Showing up even when motivation dips
✔ Small weekly challenges focused on habits, not perfection
💪 What this challenge is NOT:
❌ Not extreme
❌ Not intimidating
❌ Not about being the fittest in the room
It’s about:
✨ Building routine
✨ Feeling stronger week by week
✨ Gaining confidence in the gym
✨ Proving to yourself that you CAN stick to something
You don’t need to be fit to start.
