Fit in the Park is a free exercise program that provides a variety of fitness opportunities within parks and natural areas around Manitowoc County. Community members are invited to participate in a family-friendly class that best suits their fitness goals and to discover the benefits of exercising outdoors.Certified fitness instructors from the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Holy Family Memorial Wellness Center will teach each class.
Programs will be held at Red Arrow Park, Central Park Two Rivers and Camp Vits Park. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in for class, bring water and wear sunscreen.
No registration required.
