The monthly wellness group vision is to increase the community's overall knowledge and understanding in taking care of your health. Utilizing resources, skills, and tools to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle.
TJay became very passionate about health and wellness through her journey as a mom, US Navy Hospital Corpsman, Group Fitness Instructor in kickboxing, and over 13 years in medical knowledge.
The focus of Fit in Faith is to unpack areas of wellness through shared experiences, workshops, trainings, and group discussions to support one another in reaching our best self.
