Start your day with Intention! We are meeting at CLEAN JUICE CAFE located in the heart of Park Ridge. Grab your Smoothie, then join us for a refreshing 2-mile walk followed by a rejuvenating guided Meditation. A Mindful Movement and Meditation experience designed to reset, recharge, and relign. We can't wait to see you there! :)
