Ready to move, learn, and meet good people?Fit Friends is a weekly outdoor workout meetup in Hibiya Park where we train as a friendly crew, get a solid sweat in, and leave feeling sharper (not wrecked).
What we’ll do (all levels welcome)
- Warm-up (mobility + activation)
- Strength training (simple full-body circuit, scalable for beginners)
- Cardio jogging (easy-paced run / intervals depending on the group)
- Mini talk on fitness + nutrition (practical tips you can use this week)
- Social time to connect with like-minded fitness people ☕️🙂
