Hi everyone! Many of you have asked about my yoga and fitness classes. You wanted to take them in addition to Bellydance. I heard you, and have a new 6-week public offering coming up at the end of August! Now offering Fit for the Weekend, a 6-week fun circuit class combining cardio, strength training with weights, and glute and core work with resistance bands.
This fun series is ONLY $30, and is held at the beautiful Marshall Wellness Center at Iowa Western Community College. Come check out our expansive fitness room!
Dates: Fridays, August 29 - October 10th, 4:30-5:15pm (6 weeks)
