About this Event

The Wellness & Opportunity Center provides programs and educational opportunities for our members and the community. Join Cooking4Fitness fun combo event! Chef April Perton & Coach Taco will provide an interactive demo followed by fitness to help with your 2026 heath and nutrition goals. As a bonus, you'll have something free from the event to help you make healthier meals at home.

Cooking demo: 3:30pm -4:15pm

Fitness: 4:15pm -5:00pm

If you only want to come for one class or the other , we understand. However, there is a raffle for participants who attend both!
