When and where can I weigh in?
initial weigh-ins: Tuesday-Saturday, May 28-June 1, 2024 at Nutrishop St. Peters.
• Check-ins:: Bi-weekly
• Final weigh-ins: Monday-Saturday, July 8-13, 2024 at Nutrishop St. Peters.
What is required to be eligible to win?
You must weigh in during the starting week as shown above, and check in at Nutrishop St. Peters every 2 weeks. We will also have a check in at Row House in Chesterfield every Sunday of check in week!
How are the winners determined?
The winners will be determined upon the following point system.
• 1 pound of fat loss = 1 point
• 1 pound of muscle gain = 1 point
• Loss of body fat % = 1 point
• Each check-in = 1 point
Regardless of goals, you are eligible to participate in the Transformation Challenge.
