CruzFit Longview presents,
FIT FOR STRONG!!
This is a benefit workout session. We will have a 30-45 min bodyweight workout. catered to all fitness levels. it's for fun, and to raise awareness and money for this amazing cause!!!
please join us on Oct 11th at 930am. all participants are asked to bring donations. each participant will receive a free t-shirt for your contribution. all proceeds will be donated to Rylan Strong Network.
there will be vendors. and kids are welcome. bring a yoga mat or a towel to lay down on for floor exercises.
Also, we are looking for more folks to come and show support for this amazing organization!
Donations will be accepted as entry fee for the benefit car show.
