Join us for our FIT FLOW yoga class on the 2nd Floor of the Kaimana Beach Hotel with instructors Max and Tiana!
FIT FLOW is an energetic 50-minute bodyweight workout that combines a low-impact, high-intensity fusion of Vinyasa and fitness drills that will have you feeling cleansed and empowered. This bodyweight workout is guaranteed to make you sweat while burning calories and building muscle along with fun playlists! All levels are welcome, modifications are offered.
Please bring a mat, towel and water to class.
