About this Event
Men and Women group stretch class. Focused on learning proper form and how to gain more flexibility and mobility.
Targeting the myofascial tissue. Equipment used will be a hard lacrosse ball and strap band to assist in movements.
Lead by the owner, Sherman, with a background in physical theraphy and personal training.
Stretch session will begin promptly and last about 50 mins.
Bring a mat or use one provided. Towels also provided.
Socialize at the end of stretching all the tension away!
Invite a friend and wear your most comfortable work-out fit!
Every second week of the month, on Tuesdays.
