Fit & Fueled for the Holidays

Join registered dietitian, Rachel, and certified personal trainer, Allison, for a special pop-up sculpt class and nutrition talk - all levels welcome!

30 minute sculpt class will start at 11:10am - please remember to bring your own mat and water! All levels welcome!

*Mats will also be available for $2 rental fee.

After we workout, Rachel will lead us through an open conversation about how to fuel our bodies and navigate nutrition during the holidays. She'll answer all of your questions!

We will have healthy snacks from Karma Nuts, Koia, 2Betties, Blume, Stellar Eats, Wonder Pop, Maja Baking Mix, Lesser Evil Snacks, and more. ✨
