The McCabes Fit 4 Life Roadshow will visit out club training session on Tuesday 9th December. All club members are encouraged to attend but please indicate you intention to attend on our whatsapp group as we require numbers in advance.
The McCabes Pharmacy team will provide goody bags, and some extra motivation on the roadshow tour on Tuesday 9th Dec 25. The event will be a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow ‘Fit for Lifers’ and reinforce our commitment to lifelong fitness.
The McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Programme will continue with monthly roadshows across Ireland, offering expert-led health resources and tailored support. As an added benefit, Athletics Ireland’s Fit for Life members – including Menapians AC participants – can avail of a 10% discount on training, nutrition, and recovery products at McCabes Pharmacy.
