Saturday, July 27th 2024, Trinity Oaks Outdoors Permian Basin Branch and Bubba Saulsbury will host a great day full of fishing for youth ages 9-15yrs at the Saulsbury Pond (private property). Kids will have the opportunity to learn how to fish (catch and release). All gear, food and drink will be provided. Guides and instructors will be present to teach the kids technique and safety. There is NO cost, it is FREE --Thanks to Trinity Oaks and several generous sponsors hosting the day.
Drop-off and Check-in begins at 8:00am and participants MUST Have signed the release form online! Limited to first 20 registrants!
9AM Fishing Starts: Youth will be safely guided through a hands-on fishing experience.
NOON Lunch, refreshments, and drinks provided by Trinity Oaks.
1PM Parent Pick up time for participants.

Please email us right away if you are unable to attend. We are limited to 20 participants and you may be keeping another child from attending the event! So please be sure to keep us informed.

Please be aware of the following: Trinity Oaks reserves the right to dismiss any participant that is unruly, disrespectful, or unsafe. Trinity Oaks will use discretion to determine if an attendee should sit out a station for which physical size requirement is not met. Please read, SIGN, and print this form:
I, the parent / guardian of the attending child, (name)___________________________________, release Trinity Oaks Enterprises, its volunteers and Bubba Saulsbury at the Saulsbury Pond (private property) of liability for any damages or injuries and grant temporary authority to seek medical treatment in case of an emergency. My signature below represents my agreement and release of liability. I also confirm that Trinity Oaks may use photos of my children in promotional activities.
