A very exciting chance to come and learn all about fish! With our amazing expert in-house chefs. This course will give any home cook the skills and knowledge to become a very confident cook
We will guide you through two different types of sustainable fish, in the South West we have access to brilliant fresh fish from Newlyn and as close as Lyme Regis. Working hands on to fillet, scale & gut your own.
We will talk and learn about the different kinds of cooking such as grilling poaching, curing and frying
You will, of course- make your own two course fish supper and sit down and share together :)
