Presented by Mary Ann McLean, St. Mary's University ProfessorIn this talk, a relatively new hemi-parasitic Eurasian plant, Thesium ramosum, will be introduced to those who aren’t familiar with it, including its phenology and its distribution in the park.
The relationships observed between Thesium ramosum and other plants, ants & grazers will be discussed. These relationships will then be considered in the context of whether this species is likely to naturalize in the park.
