You'll learn how to create a light and airy batter that coats the fish beautifully using our exclusive beer batter featuring local Cisco Brewery beers (non-alcoholic beer batter option available).

But what's fish without chips? You'll also discover the secrets to making perfectly golden restaurant-quality French fries from scratch. From selecting the right potatoes to mastering the “triple cook” technique, you'll learn how to achieve that irresistible combination of crispy and fluffy.

Finally, we'll complete the course with a look at how to make our homemade tartar sauce. You'll learn how to balance tangy, savory, and herbaceous notes to create the perfect accompaniment to your fried fish.
