First Yin of the year

Join me for the first Yin of the new year.

The usual immersive extended class with an oppitunity to reflect on 2024 and set the tone for 25.

~ A calming, restorative Yin yoga session for deep release and relaxation.

~ A guided shamanic journey.

~ Journal prompts and a circle to ground and reflect.

Of course there will be incense blessings, blissful music, crystals, candles and tea

Limited spaces to ensure you all get lots of hands on assists.

Props, Cushions and Mats will be available but you are welcome to bring your own.

Please arrive from 14:45, the session will start at 3.00pm.
