Our brew team gets to taste all of our beers at every stage of their production process, but normally you don't! We didn't think that was fair, so every first Tuesday of the month we tap a special Faß keg (German gravity keg) at 5:30pm of a young version of our beer so you can see the difference compared to when it is finally mature. If you're a fan of kellerbier, you'll love our First Tuesdays.This month's beer: Vienna Lager. It has been lagering for five out of the eight weeks we normally let it lager, leading to some interesting malt and hop expressions.
