EVENT 1
Log for reps! 60s.
All equipment allowed. 10 inch mirafit logs for women. 13 inch strength shop log for men.
Weights
Women u75: 32.5kg Openweights: 40kg
Men u95: 65kg Openweights: 80kg
EVENT 2
Deadlift for reps. 60s
No suits or sumo allowed on this one. Conventional deadlift only, straps allowed but no hooks.
Weights
Women u75: 80kg Openweights: 100kg
Men u95: 150kg Openweights: 180kg
EVENT 3.
Farmers walk 2 x 15m
Classic strongman event! On the whistle, carry the farmers to the line 15 metres away, put down, turn around and bring them back. Fastest time wins. 60s limit.
Weights
Women u75: 45kg per hand. Openweights: 55kg per hand
Men u95: 70kg per hand Openweights: 90KG per hand.
EVENT 4.
Duck & Keg medley!
Carry the duck 10m down the course, run back for a keg and carry that down the course. Then immediately bring the duck back and run back for the keg. Fastest time wins! 75s max limit.
Weights
Women u75: 40kg duck 35kg keg. Openweights: 50kg & 50kg
Men u95: 100kg & 60kg Openweights: 120kg & 70kg
EVENT 5.
SANDBAG OVER YOKE! Most reps wins!60s
The deciding event!
Women will load over 44inches men will load over 48 inches.

Men u95: 70kg Openweights: 80kg
