Homeownership has many long-term benefits, but it can be a difficult step to make!
Our monthly Homebuyer's Education Workshop provides any individual or couple with information including:
- qualifying for a mortgage
- shopping for a home
- home inspections
- understanding mortgage terms
- the closing process
All participants can have private one-on-one credit counseling. All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, which can be used for eligibility towards down-payment assistance programs.
ADVANCED registration is required: $15/individuals and $25/couples, lunch included. Class starts @ 8am sharp.
