Our HUD‑certified housing counselors will walk you through every step of the homebuying process in a clear and easy‑to‑understand way. A guest lender from Tri Counties Bank will share insider tips on getting mortgage‑ready and explain financing without the confusing jargon.
During this workshop, you will:
- Learn how to save and budget like a homebuyer
- Understand credit, mortgages, and what lenders look for
- Discover down payment assistance programs and how to qualify
- Follow the entire homebuying journey, from pre‑approval to getting your keys
