Are you considering buying your first home but don't know where to start? Well good news, you've found your starting point! Join CENTURY 21 Edge on the 3rd Saturday of the month for my FREE First Time Homebuyers Workshop. During this interactive 90-minute session, you'll learn the ends and outs of getting ready to buy your first home. I'll demystify the process and show you easy buying a home can be!
You'll learn:
- What paperwork do you need to gather to apply for the mortgage
- What types of mortgages are available, and which one is best for you
- Pros and cons of buying a new construction home
- What a home inspection is and how it protects you
- The home buying process from A to Z and everything in between

- What do I need to bring to the seminar? Just bring yourself. I'll provide you with a homebuyer guide and pen for note-taking, along with some additional handouts to take with you.
- What is the dress code? The dress code is casual, so please dress comfortably.

- Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, you do not.
- Does this workshop meet the downpayment assistance program requirement? No, this workshop is an informational session on the home-buying process and does not meet the criteria for downpayment assistance programs.
* Completion of the workshop entitles those households to closing credit up to an amount equal to 1% of the purchase price. Buyers must sign an exclusive buyer brokerage agreement with Blake Broders with CENTURY 21 Edge and obtain financing through Mortgage Equity Partner. Attendees must place an offer on a home through CENTURY 21 Edge no later than 45-days after the workshop and close on the home no later than 90-days after the workshop. The minimum purchase price to qualify for the credit is $300,000, and the property must be listed in the MLS. Not valid on short sale or foreclosure listings, mobile homes, vacant land, commercial property or condos. The final credit amount will equal 30% of the total compensation earned by CENTURY 21 Edge, not to exceed 1% of the purchase price and is subject to lender approval.
