Present a First-time Home Buyers class in support of our LGBTQ+ community.
You asked and we answered! During Pride Month and while hosting our booth at Portland Pride 2025 the community asked for more information,advise, and ways to become homeowners on October 18, 2025 from 1pm to 6 pm (doors open at 12:30) we are going to do just that!
Join us for our no cost informational workshop. You will learn about the home buying process from beginning to "closing". The class offers an interactive discussion with industry experts here to answer your questions and provide you with information and answer your real estate questions, even the ones you didnt know you had! Our class is focused on first-time homebuyers and those that may need a refresher on buying a home or would like to find out what has chnaged or what programs are currently available.
- Light refreshments will be provided.
- We will be creating vision boards for you to take home this will allow you keep those goals front and center! Feel free too bring any pictures you may want to add for your own additional motivation.
- There will be a chance for all attendees to win tickets to our exclusive viewing of Wicked for Good on November 19th.
- Parking will be validated.
- Other vendors that also support the LGBTQ+ community will be onsite.
