Let's taco 'bout your home-buying journey! We want you to feel empowered and educated about the process, so we'll go over the steps to homeownership, creative strategies we love (and our clients have successfully used!), plus cover common mistakes to avoid...all while enjoying tacos and margs!

Whether you’re single or partnered up, this workshop is all about planting the seed that homeownership doesn’t have to wait for “someday” or “the one.”

Designed with first-time buyers (and first-time thinkers-about-buying) in mind, we’re breaking down the home-buying process in a way that actually makes sense—no jargon, no pressure, just real talk, creative strategies, and confidence-building knowledge… all over some Fat Tuesday-inspired snacks and bevs.

We’ll walk through:

• Common (and costly) home-buying mistakes—and how to avoid them
• How to navigate this market without spiraling
• How much money you actually need to get started (spoiler: maybe less than you think)
• The step-by-step process—from pre-approval to closing & beyond
• Bonus: Live Q&A with an experienced agent team specializing in creative homeownership strategies (friends buying together, house hacking, non-traditional paths)
