Join us for a free Clubbercise session, funded by players of The Peoples Postcode Lottery, at Soalding Services & Social Club Hall in Spalding. The session will be led by instructor Helen Lea and refreshments will be provided. The event is aimed at all over 55's and is part of the First Time for Everything project, which encourages people to get out and get active, meet new people and try something new.
