Join Lissa Sims for a free, all-levels yoga practice on the lawn under the trees. As always this is absolutely free of charge but if you feel moved to bring a donation for Ashland they we certainly appreciate it.
Of course you can practice yoga by yourself but nothing beats moving with other people. If you have danced alone in your kitchen and you have danced at a wedding you know what I am talking about. Both are great but sharing the experience FEELS good.
If community is "the thing we keep showing up for," then we are certainly a community; we have been meeting at Ashland every Sunday in the summer for yoga and being together for almost a decade. So whether this is your first yoga practice with us or your thousandth, this is a great opportunity to be with your people in a beautiful environment with many people who love yoga and want to share it.

Most people bring mats but a big towel works too.
