I’m holding a pop-up community beach yoga Easter Sunday for you.
Suitable for all abilities.
Come together to flow with your yoga mats to call in a bountiful Spring and Summer to come.
Optional dip in the cool sea afterwards too.
Bring;
Yoga mats,
Water bottle,
Swimclothes (wear under yoga clothes is recommended but there are public loos if needed to change).
