New Shooter/First Shots Price: $65/person. Prerequisite: None required. Shoot Smart and the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) present the First Shots program. You waited to hit the road until after taking Driver's Ed. Shouldn't you start shooting after learning firearm safety? Before you pick up a firearm for the first time, let our instructors patiently teach you the basics of shooting and how to be safe around handguns. Leave class with a firm understanding of the basics of firearm safety. Equipment: All equipment will be provided. Shoot Smart provides the use of a .22LR caliber handgun. NSSF First Shots program provides you with eye/ear protection and ammunition - while supplies last. * Customers must cancel 24 hours prior to the start of the class to receive a credit or a refund for the class. Students ages 8-20 may attend class with an adult 21 and older.
