This course if for a person who has no gun experience. The lecture portion will be spent in the classroom, learning skills to safely operate, load, and unload a handgun, and proper fundamentals of shooting. The other half of the time is spent shooting on the range. This portion will start with Proper Stance and Grip, Sight Alignment, Sight Picture and Trigger Control. This New Shooters class provides a great foundation for further firearm instruction. No need to bring a firearm. We supply the gun, ammo, eye and ear protection.
