Join us for a FREE training run with a few hundred of your friends!! The runs take place rain or snow or shine (if the Y is open, we will be there). Run a portion of the 25K course or walk inside on the track at the downtown YMCA. Distances vary based on your choice, with water and Gatorade provided on the route. Parking is available for non-members in City Lot #7 (behind Big Boy) for $2. Please do not block the entryway for the Y members and after your run/walk, be sure to return to the Community Room for food and refreshments, meet our Charity Partners, chat with RunGR or Gazelle, stretch out those kinks with Corewell Health and pick up some samples from Amway.Course maps will be posted in the comments prior to each training run.
