The First Responder Gator First Responder course provides students an introduction to emergency medicine through a weekly lecture by a firefighter-paramedic and labs led by student TAs. Labs and lecture will be held in person. Completion of this course earns students a First Responder certification, a CPR for BLS providers certification, and a t-shirt.

Lectures will be in person on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
You have an option for in person labs: either Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm or Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

For students purchasing the Thursday Lab tickets, this course will begin Thursday, January 23rd through April 10th. Syllabus and instructions will be provided as we near our start date, and all students will be added to a Canvas page after add-drop.
TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER January 19th at 11:59 pm. This is non-negotiable.
