First Quarter Moon Yoga Class – Align with the Half Moon Energy
As the First Quarter Moon, or Half Moon, rises, it marks a powerful phase of growth. You may notice your intentions and goals beginning to take shape, but this is also a time when obstacles can arise. Staying grounded, balanced, and connected to your vision is essential.
We will begin the class with a grounding ritual to help you center and prepare for the practice ahead. In this yoga class, we’ll focus on opening and expanding the body, helping you cultivate balance, strength, and mental clarity. This practice will support you in navigating challenges while staying aligned with your goals. Whether you're new to yoga or have experience, this class is welcoming to all levels—no prior yoga experience needed!
