🌌 First Night 2024: Cosmic Connection 🌌
✨ Join us for a unique winter celebration in historic downtown Port Townsend! First Night is a self-guided journey through both indoor and outdoor venues, filled with exciting activities, performances, and delicious food. Come ring in the new year with our theme, "Cosmic Connection," and experience the magic of community connection, creativity, and celebration!
📍 Location: Anchored on Madison Street in downtown Port Townsend, with activities also at the American Legion Hall , Cotton building and Jefferson County Historical Society.
🎉 Event Schedule:
3:00 PM – Festivities begin on Madison Street, featuring family-friendly activities, bonfires, and food vendors.
3:00 PM & 5:00 PM – First Night Circus at the American Legion Hall, with performances by Sadie LeDonna, Shawn Kellogg (Pop Up Movement), Tomoki Sage, and more (tickets available at firstnightpt.org).
3:00 PM & 5:00 PM – Live Music, by Intensive Porpoises, on Madison Street https://www.angietabor.com/intensiveporpoises
6:00 PM – Lantern Parade with the Unexpected Brass Band; join the community lantern-making project and carry your lantern through downtown!
6:45 PM – Fire Spinning Spectacular.
7:00 PM – Fireworks Finale! A stunning display to light up the night and welcome the new year!
Key City Public Theatre:
1:30 PM & 4:00 PM – Improv-a-Ganza! at Key City Public Theatre, a pay-what-you-wish, all-ages improv show packed with laughs and audience interaction at Key City Playhouse
