Join us for a social run, jeff, or walk around our lovely river and stay for a drink/food at the pub afterwards. This is a social run. We will be regrouping at three points along the route. Speedy people are welcome to add to their distance by running ahead and then returning to the meet up points. No runner will be left behind and if you are new to the group we will endeavour to pair you up with someone who travels at a similar pace.
