In order to relax we need to feel supported,In this extended class we will rest for periods of time, supported by yoga props such as bolsters(cushions), with no effort necessary.When we are held in this way we can relax deeply.
This quiet time offers disconnect and respite from the turbulence of life,stretching muscles,resting the body and mind!
Lowering your heart rate,blood pressure and soothe the nervous system,mitigating effects of regular fight and flight that can be permanently switched on in modern day life.
Given the space and time the fluctuations of the mind just quietly settle, just like a glass of muddy water
This class will be THERAPEUTIC and HEALING!
Bring your Blanket ,pillow and wear your cosy clothes!!!!!
